Greek Carers Network EPIONI advocates on behalf of informal carers of people with illness or disability and promotes the recognition of their role in the Greek health system. EPIONI is a member of Eurocarers and other European networks with the aim of exchanging good practices to support informal carers who are often families.
In the context of outreach activities involving health professionals, prominent physicians, psychologists, social workers, and legal professionals, we seek answers to a wide range of medical, educational and legal issues of public interest and in particular of interest to family carers of people with chronic illness or disability.
