Empowering Youth through Humor: Comic Relief Training Workshop
We are delighted to invite you to join a pioneering European initiative exploring creative ways to support youth mental health! As part of the Comic Relief – Erasmus+ project, we are hosting in Athens a 12-hour training workshop designed for professionals and students working with (or aspiring to work with) young people aged 16–30.
About the Workshop
This training is the result of international collaboration between experts from France, Italy, Ireland, and Greece. Participants will discover and practice innovative methodologies that use humor and performing arts—such as theater, clowning, puppetry, mask-work, and stand-up comedy—to empower young people facing modern mental health challenges.
